Jim has more than 30 years of experience in project management, building operations, equipment maintenance, contractor supervision, facility management, facility assessment, and provides direct management for a National Institute of Health research center. Jim began his career as a HVAC service mechanic in 1982 and over the years has developed an intricate operational knowledge of electrical, mechanical and building automation systems. Jim studied at the University of Maryland, holds multiple Master HVAC Licenses and a First Grade Engineers License.
