Bernie moved to the United States in November 1999 and settled in Frisco, TX. Bernie began working for the Staubach Company as Vice President of Operations, responsible for nationwide Facility & Facility Maintenance Services. In April of 2003 Bernie initiated a buyout of Staubach Management Services and incorporated it into Camelot Facility Solutions, a business owned by his wife Jenny. Over the next 15 years Camelot has developed into an organization focused on constantly exceeding client expectations. Bernie is the President of Camelot, and is responsible for personnel development, standardization of operational policies and procedures and service delivery and client management.

Bernie's ability to lead by example ensures that client’s expectations are always exceeded. Prior to moving to the US, Bernie was President of Stocks and Stocks Asset & Facility Maintenance Services, based in Johannesburg, South Africa.  At Stocks, Bernie was responsible for 26 office and retail properties. For seven years prior to Stocks, Bernie was Vice President of Property Management for Retail International, where he was responsible for a portfolio of commercial and retail properties, including three regional malls. Bernie is married with two children and enjoys sailing and flying helicopters in his spare time.
